Payments & Ordering

Prices and Payment

  • The prices of the Products are given in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable Dutch/EU rate on the date of the order. If the VAT rate changes between your order date and delivery date, we will adjust the VAT payable, unless you have already paid in full before the change takes effect.
  • We use reasonable efforts to ensure Product prices are correct at the time your order is placed.
  • A valid promotional code cannot be combined with another offer or promotion, unless explicitly stated.
  • The price invoiced to you is the price stated in the Dispatch Confirmation email sent by Sunsense.
  • Prices shown do not include delivery costs, which are calculated and shown separately before you confirm your order at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, Products will be invoiced at the price in force at the moment your order is placed, subject to availability. The price shown on the Website is binding, unless there is an obvious typographical error.
  • If we discover a pricing error on a Product you've ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to continue the purchase at the correct price or cancel your order. We will not process the order until we hear back from you. If we're unable to reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we are not obliged to supply the Product at the incorrect price.

Payment Methods

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, unless you choose a "buy now, pay later" option (see below). We offer all payment methods made available through our payment provider, Mollie, which may include — depending on your location — credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local EU payment methods. Available methods are shown to you at checkout and may vary depending on your country and order value.

All transactions are processed securely by Mollie B.V., our designated payment service provider.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Where offered at checkout, "buy now, pay later" or instalment payment options (such as Klarna or in3) are provided directly by the relevant third-party credit provider and are subject to that provider's own terms and conditions, which you will be asked to accept separately during checkout. These arrangements are separate agreements between you and the credit provider; Sunsense is not a party to them and is not responsible for their administration.

Sunsense reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an existing payment dispute with you, if a previous order remains unpaid, or if payment authorisation is declined by the relevant payment provider.

As part of our fraud prevention measures, order information may be checked by Mollie and its associated payment partners.
